GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Pane e Vino.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Agriturismo Pane e Vino, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Agriturismo Pane e Vino sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Agriturismo Pane e Vino in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Agriturismo Pane e Vino promise to send the client a confirmation e-mail.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the deposit (30% of the total amount) payment receipt.

Settlement of payment: at the check-in.

Stays from saturday to saturday

Arrival (check-in): the apartments are available on Saturday after 16.00, and before and not later 20.00 (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).


Departure (Check-out): bedrooms and apartments must be left on Saturday before 10.00 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the booking, the whole amount of the deposit will not be refunded.

Please send payment notification by fax to the number:+39. (the reservation is confirmed only when the Agriturismo Pane e Vino receives the first advance payment)

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Agriturismo Pane e Vino, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
